The documentation that comes with commercial software is another resource.  Dash Optimization has made their <a title=\"Dash Optimization book\" href=\"http:\/\/www.dashoptimization.com\/home\/services\/publications\/applications_book.html\">&#8220;Applications of Optimization with Xpress-MP&#8221;<\/a> available for free download.
